Exam Name: Certified Agile Service Manager (CASM) Certification Exam

Exam format: Multiple choice

CASM Training and Exam: In-person / Live Online.

Number of questions: 40.

Passing score: 65% pass rate

Exam duration: 60 minutes [2 hours]

Exam delivery: Web-based (single-browser), closed book, no outside help.

Exam cost: The first exam attempt is included as part of the course registration fee if the exam is taken within 30 days of course completion.

The cost of each retake attempt: $50 (pls cross-check from your end).

Retake policy:

The second attempt on the exam [first retake] can be made directly after the first attempt.
The third attempt needs a 10-day wait.
