The Implementing SAFeĀ® 6.0 with SPC Certification is an advanced program designed for change agents, consultants, and Agile professionals who want to lead enterprise-level transformations using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFeĀ®).
This 5-day instructor-led course combines theory with practical implementation strategies to help participants design, implement, and scale Lean-Agile practices across complex organizations. The program begins with the Leading SAFeĀ® modules, providing participants with a strong foundation in SAFe principles, Lean thinking, and Agile Product Delivery. The second half focuses on how to implement SAFe effectively, design transformation roadmaps, launch Agile Release Trains (ARTs), and drive continuous improvement through coaching and leadership.
Participants will also learn to coach executives, guide organizational design for agility, and create alignment between strategy and execution. By the end of the course, youāll have the expertise and certification required to train others in SAFeĀ® and act as a change agent to accelerate enterprise-wide agility.
